Crafternoon :: Dia de los Muertos

Crafternoon is back! This fun-filled art workshop will encourage kids to put their creativity into action! Using recycled materials donated by the Austin Creative Reuse we will create mixed medium projects to match each season.

$5 per child

Workshop projects are geared for ages 4 and up, but younger children are more than welcome to participate with the help of their parents.

Come create your very own altar box for Dia De Los Muertos! While we are getting ready for Halloween, it's easy to get caught up in all the ghosts, witches and jack-o-lanterns, but for some this is a time to honor the life of passed loved ones by creating beautiful altars in their name. Paint calaveras, cut and paste colorful fabrics and papers and more to assemble and decorate your altar box.

Grab a spot at our craft table! Enjoy a refreshing beer, delicious coffee or tea and a tasty treat from the many options on the menu. It's a Sunday event you don't want to miss!
