While our full restaurant and backyard are not available for rent during business hours, we offer options for the rental of our Main Dining Room and Quiet Room. Whether you're planning a business meeting, a group gathering, or a special event, these indoor spaces provide the perfect cozy, welcoming backdrop.

Please note that we keep our Family Room and backyard open to all guests and they are not available for private rental at any time during business hours.

Quiet Room Rental

The Quiet Room (named so because we don't play music in the room) is a private room that seats 10-12 guests. It is perfect for business meetings, book clubs, or small, intimate gatherings. When not reserved, this room is available for open seating.

  • 8 am to close | Monday-Thursday | $25/hour

  • 8 am to 6 pm | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | $50/hour

No outside food or drink is allowed. Guests are welcome to order for themselves at the counter or a tab can be opened for the group. We also offer catering options that can be set up prior to arrival. Catering will need to be pre-ordered separately. See our catering page for menu and inquiries

Main Dining Room Rental

You can rent our main dining area for private Afternoon Tea events or afternoon gatherings. Accommodating approximately 25-27 seated guests, with additional standing room, the room features a designated stage area for presentations or performances. We can provide speakers and a microphone upon request. Enjoy the entire space exclusively for you and your guests.

Private Afternoon Tea Events

We can host up to 22 guests in the main dining room for Afternoon Tea events such as bridal or baby showers. For parties with more than 8 guests, we require rental of the main dining room to accommodate your party.
Room rental is $125/hour (2-hour minimum, 4-hour maximum) and room rental costs are in addition to the Tea Service. Tea parties can only take place in the afternoon. See our Afternoon Tea page for details.


Main Room + Catering

The main room can be rented for parties with a minimum catering order of $300. Should your catering order fall below $300, a service fee will be applied to reach the minimum. No outside food can be brought in with the exception of a cake. If you bring in a cake, we do have a $25 cake fee. View Our Catering Menu

  • Monday & Tuesday (11 am to 3 pm): Room rental is $150/hour (2-hour minimum, 2-hour maximum MonTues). Rentals must end at 3 pm unless you want to rent after-hours for an additional $300/hour.

  • Wednesday & Thursday (2 pm to 6 pm): Room rental is $150/hour (2-hour minimum and 4-hour maximum Wed-Thurs). Rentals must end at 6 pm unless you want to rent after-hours for an additional $300/hour.

  • Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (2 pm to 6 pm): Room rental is $200/hour (2-hour minimum, 4-hour maximum Friday-Sunday). Rentals must end at 6 pm unless you want to rent after-hours for an additional $400/hour


Main Room Rental Only

Guests can rent the main room without ordering catering from Brentwood Social House. No outside food can be brought in with the exception of a cake. If you bring in a cake, we do have a $25 cake fee. Guests are welcome to order for themselves at the counter or a tab can be opened for the group.

  • Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (2 pm to 6 pm): Room rental is $300/hour (2-hour minimum, 4-hour maximum Friday-Sunday). Rentals must end at 6 pm unless you want to rent after-hours for an additional $400/hour.

Daytime Event Rental Details

  • Capacity | Our large main dining room seats approximately 25-27 with standing room for up to 40. Our Quiet Room seats up to 12 guests. Both rooms have tables and chairs that you can move around to accommodate your seating needs.

  • Catering/Alcohol | You are not allowed to bring in any of your own food or drink with the exception of a cake. If you bring in a cake, we do have a $25 cake fee. For non-Afternoon Tea events, you are welcome to order catering through us, have your guests order for themselves at the counter, and/or start a tab for your guests that you pay at the end of your event.View Our Catering Menu

  • Presentations | The main dining room features a designated stage area for presentations or performances. We can provide speakers and a microphone upon request.

  • Decorations | You may bring in your own decor, however, we ask that the space be returned to its original condition upon completion of the event with ALL decor removed, chairs/tables back in place, and trash picked up. Please do not use any decor that would cause permanent damage to the building or is hard to clean up, including staples, glue, tape, confetti, glitter, sand, or bubble machines.

  • Setup | Setup must be completed within the hours you have booked.

  • Parking/Accessibility | The venue is handicap accessible with one handicapped parking spot at the entrance. We have a parking lot and plenty of neighborhood street parking.

  • Payment | The full rental fee is due at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

    • Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 month from the original date, at no cost.
