Paula is an Austin-based performing songwriter and student of jazz. Raised in New England and Spain, her music is informed by a variety of influences from classical to jazz, folk, rock, and blues. She's won songwriting kudos from internationally known songwriting clubs like the Kerrville Folk Festival, Wildflower Festival and the John Lennon Songwriting Contest (double finalist). She’s performed in these hallowed Texas listening rooms: the Cactus Cafe, Bugle Boy, Anderson Fair and Uncle Calvin's, and at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville and Eddie's Attic in Atlanta. Paula's music is described as lyrically rich, melodic and sensual. Her voice is cited as reminiscent of Eva Cassidy and Norah Jones.

Montana Sand is a group of multi-instrumentalists fronted by singer-songwriter AJ Keyser. AJ is from the Front Range of Colorado and has been playing professionally for over 7 years. The group draws their influence from a wide variety of genres, including but not limited to indie acoustic soul, folk, rock, bluegrass, and roots music; genres that have been the backbone to Austin’s music scene for decades. The group focuses on making music an inclusive space for all to be able to enjoy and relate to, as well as using music for mental health awareness.

Since then, they have gone on to win Cactus Cafe's 'Stage to Studio" competition and have their song "She took the Road" featured on KUTX as the Song of the Day.
